Casa Nilla is a cheerful two-story townhouse situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps three people. From Casa Nilla you will enjoy a charming view of the valley and of the greenery. Casa Nilla is 75 square meters (810 square feet). It features a private terrace, two private patios, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Agropoli, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store, the bus stop at 550 meters (1800 feet) and the closest beach (Agropoli beach) at 1.7 km (roughly 1.1 mile). You will reach Casa Nilla from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately three stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Nilla you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Please note that access to Casa Nilla is along a 300-meter (980 feet) narrow uphill road.

The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first and the second patio through two French doors. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it from the living room.
