Casa Nicole C is a modern and graceful studio apartment that is part of a villa. It sleeps three people. From Casa Nicole C you will enjoy a fascinating view of the garden. Casa Nicole C is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Lizzanello, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the beach at 7.5 km (roughly 4.7 miles). You will reach Casa Nicole C from the parking area along a 100-meters (330-feet) public walkway that cuts through the garden of the adjacent house.
To stay at Casa Nicole C you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate.
The Casa Nicole apartments are part of a masseria dating to the 1500s located just a few miles from Lecce.
The farmhouse complex is comprised of three buildings grouped around a rectangular courtyard. It is surrounded by a spacious garden where you'll also find the refreshing swimming pool and the tennis court.
The complex offers four vacation homes in the main building and one in the "trullo caseddhu". YOu'll find a fresh produce garden and hen house where you can freely gather fresh vegetables and eggs for your meals to taste the genuine produce of the Puglia region!
The above-ground swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers, a wooden gazebo and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the other buildings. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until mid-October.
The garden is 15000 square meters (162000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees and by perfumed citrus trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the other buildings. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the garden through an external access. The floor is paved with fine gravel. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the kitchen. In the bedroom you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), located on the mezzanine level and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the verandah through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer (please note that the bathroom has no door).
