Casa Monica D is a graceful studio apartment located in a characteristic village. It sleeps four people. From Casa Monica D you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Monticello d'Alba village and castle. Casa Monica D is 35 square meters (375 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared jacuzzi pool, a shared terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Monticello d'Alba. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away and shops at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile).
Casa Monica D is located on the first floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 15 stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Monica D you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge in a garage. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.
The swimming pool is 3.5 meters (11 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The area is equipped with an external shower. You will share the pool area with guests staying at 3 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October, from 10 am to 11 pm.
The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs, two sun umbrellas, deck chairs, two sun loungers and a swing. From the terrace you will enjoy a characteristic view of the Monticello d'Alba village and castle. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
At the complex you will find a wellness room with a sauna, a Turkish bath and a chromoterapy shower. Here you will also find a heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. This room has a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. In this room you will also find a satellite television (local channels). Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two chairs bed for two guests. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette can be closed in a cupboard and is equipped with a two-burner induction cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
