Casa Melania, Sciacca

Casa Melania is a cozy apartment that covers the entire top floor of a villa located in an old farm in the heart of the Sicilian countryside. It sleeps four people. From Casa Melania you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside and, partially, of the sea. Casa Melania is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a nice private terrace.

You will be roughly 7 km (4.3 miles) from Sciacca, a few steps from restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store and the beach at 5 km (roughly 3 miles). You will reach Casa Melania from the entrance of the building going up a stairway which consists of approximately 16 steps.

To stay at Casa Melania you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking lot. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.

The terrace is 22 square meters (237 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a metal roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun lounger. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will have a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside and, partially, of the sea.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include an armchair. The kitchen is also equipped with a television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.

The first bedroom has a traditional wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a balcony with a view of the courtyard and of the surrounding houses through a French door.

The second bedroom has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window overlooking the terrace.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The bathroom has a small window.
