Casa Mafalda, Praiano

Casa Mafalda is a charming and bright apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps three people. From Casa Mafalda you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Casa Mafalda is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a wide shared terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops and the SITA bus stop. You will find the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) including 400 stairway steps (other beaches with less steps to climb are also available in the area).

Casa Mafalda is located on the second floor. You will reach it from the street level going up a short public walkway that includes approximately 36 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Mafalda. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

The terrace is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi, of the island of Capri on the horizon and of the small Li Galli islands at a distance. You will share the terrace with the owners, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

The living room is paved with lucid blue majolica tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table to seat four guests. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
