Casa Licia, Praiano

Casa Licia is a graceful apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps five people. From Casa Licia you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi. Casa Licia is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant at 300 meters (990 feet), the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 250 meters (820 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at roughly 600 meters (660 yards) including 60 stairway steps. You will reach Casa Licia walking past a small entrance gate and going up a walkway that includes approximately 110 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Licia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 100 meters (110 yards), free of charge in a parking lot. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by retractable awnings. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coastline.

The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa , an armchair and a divan bed for one guest. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. There is also a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate five guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a traditional wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a small window.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through a corridor.
