Casa Liana is a graceful two-story apartment that is part of an ancient manor house. It sleeps four people. It is approximately 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features two private terraces and winter heating.

You will be in the heart of Cutrofiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet).

Casa Liana is located on the first floor of an ancient building. You will reach it from the entrance of the building going up approximately 15 stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Liana you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room. It is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs and an external shower. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.

The living room is paved with characteristic tiles. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. The furnishings include a L-shaped leather sofa and a divan that unfolds into a double bed (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television (local channels) and a DVD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace and another small terrace overlooking the street below and the nearest building through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it from the corridor. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The mezzanine has a small window with a view of the surrounding houses. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels) and it has an air conditioning/heating unit.

In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it from the corridor. On the mezzanine level there is a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace with a view of the nearest building through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
