Casa Leonino D is a characteristic and welcoming apartment in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps four people. From Casa Leonino D you will enjoy a charming view of the Chianti hills and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Leonino D is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 7 km (4.3 miles) from Greve in Chianti, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation.
Casa Leonino D is located on the ground floor of an age-old stone house. You will reach it from the parking area going up a short walkway that crosses the garden through a pathway and includes approximately five stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Leonino D you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.
The swimming pool is 12 meters (39 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. . The pool area is fenced. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a thrilling view of the Chianti hills. You will share the pool with guests staying at 7 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
The garden is 15000 square meters (162000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by century-old trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.

The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the hills.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the hills. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
