Casa Leonilda is a characteristic and welcoming two-story independent house in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps five people. From Casa Leonilda you will enjoy a charming view of the Chianti hills and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Leonilda is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, a reserved outdoor area and air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed).
You will be roughly 7 km (4.3 miles) from Greve in Chianti, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will reach Casa Leonilda from the main entrance of the building going up a short walkway that crosses the entrance pathway of the complex and includes approximately five stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Leonilda you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.
The swimming pool is 6.5 meters (21 feet) large by 3.5 meter (11.5 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. . The pool area is fenced. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a thrilling view of the Chianti hills. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the hills.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.
