Casa Girotondo A is a welcoming apartment situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps three people. From Casa Girotondo A you will enjoy a characteristic view of the surrounding countryside. Casa Girotondo A is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool and a shared jacuzzi pool, a shared patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 8 km (5 miles) from Forlì, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters (550 yards) and the bus stop at 500 meters (1640 feet). You will reach Casa Girotondo A from the parking area going up approximately five stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Girotondo A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.
Casa Girotondo A is part of an Agriturismo (farm-stay) that offers accommodations to tourists. You'll be able to use the inn's swimming pool, patio and garden with a Jacuzzi which are shared with the other guests, along with the large communal salon and spacious kitchen. If you're cycling enthusiasts you'll find maps of the area's bike trails and sights to visit, and there is also a storage room for your bikes and a workshop for small repairs if needed.
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex.
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It features an above-ground Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. It is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers and a swing. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
The ceiling of the dining room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The dining table can accommodate 16 guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room also has seven windows with a view of the countryside. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. It is professional-grade, equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. The kitchen has a double-glazed window.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two armchairs and a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is in a rustic style, equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the surrounding houses. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
