Casa Giovina B is a characteristic two-story apartment that is part of an ancient country house in the characteristic style of the Apulian countryside. It sleeps four people. From Casa Giovina B you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. Casa Giovina B is 35 square meters (375 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared patio, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Conversano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, a grocery store at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles) and the closest beach (Lama Monachile beach) at 9.5 km (roughly 5.9 miles).

Casa Giovina B is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Casa Giovina B you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Casa Giovina B is along a narrow road.

The complex consists of an ancient farm with 10 rooms and 2 apartments (Casa Giovina A and Casa Giovina B), and a medieval mansion (located about 200 meters away) consisting of 2 apartments (Torre Giosia A and Torre Giosia B). It can accommodate up to 45 people.

A garden surrounds the ancient farm area, and here you will also find the swimming pool, a chapel and a restaurant. Guests staying at the complex can enjoy massages, attend cooking classes and have their wedding organized, on request and for a fee.

 

The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 2 meters (6.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.

The patio is 23 square meters (250 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the garden. You will share the patio with guests staying at another nearby apartment, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

The garden is 350 square meters (3770 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. The garden is equipped with small sofas, armchairs and benches. In the garden you will find a children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the swimming pool. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

The ceiling of the living room is made of stone and vaulted. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the house of Apulia. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing 12 steps. The mezzanine is paved with wood. Here you will find two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams.
