Casa Giada C is a welcoming apartment surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. From Casa Giada C you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea at a distance. Casa Giada C is 40 square meters (430 square feet). It features a private patio, a shared garden and a reserved outdoor area.
You will be roughly 2.2 km (1.4 miles) from the center of Castellabate. You will find the closest restaurant, shops at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards), the stop for the local bus a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at 4.5 km (roughly 2.8 miles). You will reach Casa Giada C from the parking area going up a short route that crosses the garden through a pathway.
To stay at Casa Giada C you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most two cars.
The apartments Casa Giada A, B, C, D, E are part of an old estate that extends to about 1.5 hectares (about 3.7 acres). The home, all in local stone and renovated in full respect of the territory, is surrounded by nature where the poignant beauty of the place gives charm and ambience of other times.
The building has an area of about 550 square meters over three floors. At the bottom, of about 250 square meters, have been converted into 5 apartments, furnished with taste and passion.
From all apartments you have access to a large garden shared with other guests. This is the ideal place for relaxing and enjoying the quiet and beauty of the Cilento National Park.
The garden is 1500 square meters (16200 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed olive and lemon trees. In the garden you will find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the valley and of the sea at a distance. You will share the garden with the guests staying at the complex, at another nearby apartment, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.
The patio is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two deck chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a view of the garden and of the hills.
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio with a view of the garden and of the hills through a French door.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the patio.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
Unfortunately, Casa Giada C can not be booked at this time.
