Casa Gaudina, Ostuni

Casa Gaudina is a characteristic ancient house in the characteristic style of the Apulian countryside. It sleeps four people. From Casa Gaudina you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Gaudina is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 6 km (3.7 miles) from Ostuni, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will reach Casa Gaudina from the main entrance of the building without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Casa Gaudina you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

The swimming pool is 5.5 meters (18 feet) large by 3.5 meter (11.5 feet) long. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella and deck chairs. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a nice view of the greenery and of the garden. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.

The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs and an hammock. From the patio you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery.

The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.

The living room is paved with ancient stone tiles. The ceiling is made of stone and vaulted. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa, an armchair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a television (local channels) and a CD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a double-glazed French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The kitchen has no door, but it is closed by a curtain. It is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a double-glazed window.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. The room has a arched window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
