Casa Elsa, Maiori

Casa Elsa is a characteristic apartment located in the center of Maiori and a few meters from the sea. It sleeps eight people. It is approximately 130 square meters (1400 square feet). It features private terraces, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be in the heart of Maiori, a few steps from restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Salerno line and the beach at 150 meters (approximately 490 feet).

Casa Elsa is located on the second floor in the main building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building by way of an elevator.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Elsa. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

The first terrace is 6 square meters (65 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a characteristic view of the nearest building and, partially, of the sea at a distance.

The second terrace is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a characteristic view of the nearest building.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a balcony with a view of the nearest building through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. There is a table to seat four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to a small balcony. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower, a bathtub and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
