Casa Elmira is a spacious three-story apartment that is part of a villa in a quiet position, located on a hillside above the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Casa Elmira you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea and of Santa Maria di Castellabate and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon. Casa Elmira is 180 square meters (1940 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea, a private patio, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Castellabate, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and the closest beach (Punta dell'Inferno beach) at 3 km (roughly 1.86 miles). You will reach Casa Elmira from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Casa Elmira you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Casa Elmira is along a 1 kilometer (0.6 miles) unpaved road.

The first terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of Santa Maria di Castellabate, of the coast of Amalfi and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon.

The second terrace is 110 square meters (1200 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of Santa Maria di Castellabate. You will share the terrace with guests staying at another nearby apartment.

The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea.

You will be able to enter the living room from the kitchen through an arched opening. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas. There is a practical fireplace. From the living room you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The room also has a large window with a view of the sea.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. The floor is paved with checkered red and white tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. It is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room also has a window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The floor is paved with wood. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is a small fireplace. The furnishings include a chaise longue. From the bedroom you will be able to enter two small balconies with a view of the sea through two French doors.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The ceiling is made of wood. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony with a view of the sea through a French door. The room also has a small window.

The first bathroom is tiled with lucid white and yellow majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a bathtub. There is a nice fireplace made of stone. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.

In the corridor you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing 12 steps. The mezzanine is paved with wood. The furnishings of the mezzanine include a sofa and two armchairs. The ceiling is made of wood. The mezzanine has a window.

The second bathroom is decorated with mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom climbing four steps.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloped, is made of wood and has an height of 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) at its lowest point. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a roof window.

You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom through an access area. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloped, is made of wood and has an height of 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) at its lowest point. It has three single beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a roof window.

A laundry service is available on the premises. You can leave your clothes to be washed, and they will be returned for you to hang outdoor and sun-dry. Please note that the laundry service is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
