Casa Denisa, Lido di Noto

Casa Denisa is a welcoming villa surrounded by a lemon and orange garden. It sleeps five people. From Casa Denisa you will enjoy a nice view of the garden. To stay at Casa Denisa you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.

The terrace is 18 square meters (194 square feet) large. The terrace is equipped with a wickerwork sofa and two armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy a pleasant view of the garden.

The garden is 1500 square meters (16200 square feet) large. It is equipped with an external shower. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
