Casa Davinia, Lecce

Casa Davinia is a characteristic apartment located in the historic center of Lecce. It sleeps four people. From Casa Davinia you will enjoy a pleasant view of the street below and of the other buildings. Casa Davinia is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a spacious private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the historic center of Lecce, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the beach at 14 km (roughly 8.7 miles).

Casa Davinia is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the street level along a public walkway that cuts through the historic centre.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Davinia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a pleasant view of the street below and of the other buildings.

The ceiling of the living room boasts a cross vault. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a window that opens into the staircase.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a high window with a view of the other buildings. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
