Casa Corniola is a graceful three-story apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps two people. From Casa Corniola you will enjoy a characteristic view of the surrounding buildings and of the sea. Casa Corniola is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Polignano a Mare, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest beach (Cala Porto) at 150 meters (approximately 490 feet).
Casa Corniola is located on the first floor of an ancient farmhouse. You will reach it from the street level going up approximately 15 stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Corniola you will need a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 300 meters (330 yards), for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved). Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the corridor along an internal stairway, climbing 18 steps. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea.
The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The room has a small window.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are elegant. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a flat-screen television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
