Casa Ciurina A, Costa Paradiso

Casa Ciurina A is a modern and graceful apartment. It sleeps six people. From Casa Ciurina A you will enjoy a broad view of the valley and of the sea. Casa Ciurina A is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a private terrace.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Costa Paradiso, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the beach at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Casa Ciurina A from the street level going down a 20-meters (65-feet) route that includes approximately ten stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Ciurina A you will need a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 20 meters (65 feet), in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

The terrace is 18 square meters (194 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a view of the nearest building and of the sea.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a double-glazed window with a view of the sea at a distance and of the coastline.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a double-glazed French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through a corridor. It has two wrought iron twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a double-glazed French door.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through a corridor.
