Casa Cianda A, Agnone Cilento

Casa Cianda A is a welcoming apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps four people. From Casa Cianda A you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the street below. Casa Cianda A is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Agnone Cilento. You will find a number of restaurants a few meters (feet) away, shops a few meters (feet) away, the bus stop at 300 meters (990 feet) and the closest beach at 50 meters (approximately 165 feet).

Casa Cianda A is located on the second floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 15 steps.

For a succesful stay at Casa Cianda A we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. The terrace is equipped with a small sofa, as well as with chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the street below.

The living room is paved with wood. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The kitchen has no door, but it is closed by a curtain. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a window overlooking the terrace.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine and an iron. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
