Casa Caloiru, Ragusa

Casa Caloiru is an elegant and welcoming apartment situated a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps two people. It is approximately 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Ragusa, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will reach Casa Caloiru from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

For a succesful stay at Casa Caloiru we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 20 meters (65 feet), free of charge in a parking space.

You will be able to enter the living room from the bedrooms through a corridor. The floor is paved with original tiles. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a pouffe which unfolds in a single bed (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the small balcony with a view of the nearest building through a double-glazed French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

This room has no door. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the through a corridor.

The parking space is suitable for one car.
