Casa Alicante I is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient manor house. It sleeps four people. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

You will be able to enter the family room through an external access. The ceiling boasts a brick circular vault. Here you will find a ping pong table and a pool table. In this room you will also find a television (local channels). The furnishings include sofas and armchairs. The dining table can accommodate 14 guests. From the family room you will be able to enter the garden and the swimming pool through a French door. The room also has two windows with a view of the garden.
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine and a clothes dryer at your disposal.
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include two sofas. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the greenery.
