Casa Algia, Vietri sul Mare

Casa Algia is a characteristic and welcoming apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps five people. From Casa Algia you will have a characteristic view of the greenery and of the other buildings. Casa Algia is 85 square meters (915 square feet). It features a small private terrace and air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed).

You will be in the center of Vietri sul Mare, a few meters (feet) from restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant at 100 meters (330 feet), the bus stop a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at 200 meters (approximately 656 feet).

Casa Algia is located on the first floor of an ancient building. You will reach it from the street level going up approximately 12 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Algia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 50 meters (165 feet), for a fee, in a garage. Alternatively, you can park for a fee along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. There is a practical fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The two dining tables can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two windows.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest and a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is tiled with lucid white majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the small terrace.
