From the kitchen a French door will take you to the alleyway in front of the house. The room also has a window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two bedroom chairs and a desk. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The floor is paved with wood. The ceiling is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and has an height of 70 centimeters (2.3 feet) at its lowest point. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). An additional children mattress is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple room (without exceeding the maximum occupancy of eight guests). The room has a window. You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. The floor is paved with wood. The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going down an external stairway which consists of approximately 25 steps. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea.

You will be able to enter the wellness room from the terrace. It features an above-ground Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.

The ceiling of the living room is vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a nice fireplace made of stone, for decorative purposes only. In the living room you will also find a cooking area.
