Appartamento Vario B, Catania

Appartamento Vario B is a cheerful apartment situated in a central location, at a short distance from the main tourist attractions of the city. It sleeps three people. It is approximately 40 square meters (430 square feet). It features a shared patio, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the center of Catania, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the tourist port. You will find a number of restaurants and a grocery store a few meters (feet) away, the bus stop at 350 meters (1150 feet) and the closest beach (Playa di Catania beach) at 3.5 km (roughly 2.1 miles).

Appartamento Vario B is located on the first floor of an ancient building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 30 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Vario B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

The ceiling of the kitchen is vaulted. The furnishings are simple. It is equipped with a cooker with one electric burner, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate two guests. The kitchen has no windows.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a chair bed for one guest and a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen through an access area.
