Staying here lets you live like a local in a beautiful village right on the shore of Lake Como.

The building is situated right on the small public beach with direct access to the lake.

From the property you will have a direct access to the lake and to a public beach. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going down a short route that includes approximately 15 stairway steps. The access to the lake is shared with non-resident guests.

The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen television (local channels). The room has a large window with a view of greenery and of the surrounding houses. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room climbing two steps.
