Appartamento Giordi is a graceful two-story apartment situated at a short distance from the shores of Lake Como. It sleeps five people. It is approximately 75 square meters (810 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the lake, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Bellagio, a few steps from restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for Linee Lecco bus Bellagio - Lecco line at 400 meters (1300 feet) and the closest beach (Lido di Bellagio) at roughly 700 meters (770 yards).
Appartamento Giordi is located on the third floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the entrance of the building going up approximately 60 stairway steps. The building has no elevator.
You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Giordi. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 500 meters (550 yards), for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved).
The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the lake through a French door. The room also has four double-glazed small windows with a partial view of the lake. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
