10 Denari is located on the first floor of an ancient convent. You will reach it from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps.

You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going down approximately 20 stairway steps. The pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 13 meters (42 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. In the swimming pool area you will also find an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. It is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by a roof and by gazebos. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Umbrian hills, of the forest and of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 7 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
