Supermarket Crai di Valluzzi

As they say in Trivigno, if you don't find it at Giovanni's store, you don't need it!. It isn't far from the truth, for while the supermercato is small, it does carry a bit of everything (even some hardware, lightbulbs, paint, and other surprising stock!)

It is mostly an alimentari, or food store. You'll find the things you need for meals here, including a freezer case, a big selection of pastas and rice, canned or jarred items, wine, bottled water brands, soap, toothpaste...well, you get the picture. The big deli case contains delicacies from the area and around Italy, so taste the cheeses and deli meats! Or have Giovanni make you a panino if you are hungry. There's a bit of everything, so if you can't find it on the shelves, ask him. It may be tucked away, he has his system and knows where things are.
