A lovely place in the Chianti hills surrounded by nature, the noted chef gives new twists to classic dishes. The restaurant is in a stone building in the midst of the woods, fields and vineyards of Chianti. Local seasonal produce decides the menus and each plate is a work of art in its presentation. There is a list of regional wines and the chef can accommodate vegetarian, vegan and celiac needs.
