Named for the owners (a Tuscan and a Greek), this place serves up great fare. They use regional and historic recipes, including a cinghiale sauce (wild boar) for pasta that dates to the 1500s! They feature fresh-made pastas, locals meats and strictly seasonal produce. The rustic ambiance is homey with wood beams and ceramics decorating the walls. It is in the lovely historic streets of the village of Pari.
