Located in an old olive mill, Ristorante Le Cantine is in the village of Pergine Valdarno. Nice atmosphere and friendly service welcome you, and the food will surely satisfy your cravings. The chef blends traditional Tuscan dishes with nouvelle creations to fuel his creativity. Try the tagliatelle with wild boar sauce, a time-honored Tuscan favorite, or the Spaghetti al Chianti, in a sauce made of the region's famous wine. The fillet in an almond-citrus crust is something special. They also serve wood-oven cooked pizzas. Everything is beautifully presented.

There is a covered terrace overlooking the spectacular hills for warm weather dining. Closed Tuesdays. Open for lunch and dinner.
