At Restaurant La Casina, the wine "of the house”, which is produced in the vineyard located next to the restaurant, Bianco IGT, Rosso di Montepulciano DOC, and Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG (Farmhouse Il Campino delle Querce) is a must try.
Particular attention is given to the use of extra virgin olive oil. The oil list is composed of 5 Tuscan oils and (the Organic DOPoil "La Bruciata" is produced by their own).
