• as first course: Pappardelle with Boar Ragu or pici alla cardinale (something like pasta "arrabbiata")
• as main course: lamb at "scottadito" or tagliata with rocket (for 2) or sausages and beans
• as side dish: fresh potatoes, roughly cut and fried
• at the end, don't miss some "Tozzetti and Vin Santo" as well as a fantastic grappa.
