A butcher shop in the heart of Pisa, they are not your average butcher, but a family that raises their own animals. They have three breeds of cattle (including the famous Chianina), that graze on the field grasses and are also fed locally-grown organic grains. They are given great care and being a small scale producer equals higher quality meat. When staying in the Pisa area, it's worth a trip to their shop for your in-villa/apartment cooking.
