"Locanda di Fonte alla Vena", cosy restaurant made from an ancient building recently restored, is located on Via Cassia (historically called Via Francigena), a few metres from the historical centre of San Quirico D'Orcia.

The place used to be an ancient post-stage, as well as inn where the knights stayed to eat, sleep and water their horses at the fountain.

Typical Tuscan cuisine with a good range of wine. The menu changes quite often, accordingly with the products on season.
