La Loggetta Restaurant Paciano

Set inside the walls of Paciano, this restaurant has beautiful views from its outside terrace, and pretty plating of the meals. Serving up Umbrian traditional meals with a touch of flair and some new twists, the food won't disappoint. The umbricelli pasta with various hearty sauces, handmade ravioli, and hot stone-grilled meats are satisfying. Mains include rabbit, lamb, and a variety of tagliata, tender steaks, but they have a great vegetarian menu, as well. Desserts are made in house, and the wine list is nice. Paciano is listed among the "most beautiful villages in Italy" and worth a detour.
