Baratti Beach is one of the Tuscan Coast's most beautiful spots. Located on the gulf of the same name, it offers long, wide expanses of sandy beaches on its crescent-shaped shoreline. It has a good mix of open, undeveloped beaches and those that offer services with umbrella and chair rentals. This is a good spot for snorkelers and divers, as well as casual swimmers or kids.

The natural beauty will give you a peaceful, relaxing experience matched by the crystal-clear water. On the promontory of Populonia is the castle with views of the coastline.

The Gulf of Baratti was an important Etruscan port and trading center; today it still hosts a boat harbor.
