Bar Centrale Trivigno

Bar Centrale, in the main piazza of Trivigno, really is central, and a gathering type of place. The owner has been in business here for nearly 50 years and is a welcoming presence. She recently renovated the interior, gives everyone a smile, makes an excellent cup of caffe' (whatever type of coffee drink you prefer, including caffe' americano without any judgement ;) ) and is quite exacting and proud about her coffee. Even Neapolitans, who are particular about the quality of caffe, pay her compliments!

The local guys come to play cards and drink beer but she also serves up prosecco, various varieties of Spritz, and non-alcoholic drinks to locals and travelers alike. Mornings have a fresh-baked cornetti selection, afternoons focaccia pizza. She is also sort of the hub for for information and directions.

The bar is located right next to the Municipio (town hall). There are tables outside on the side as well as a few in front.
