You will be roughly 10 km (6.2 miles) from Tertenia, roughly 300 meters (330 yards) from a restaurant and a grocery store. You will find the beach at 3 km (roughly 1.86 miles). You will reach Villa Sinedina A from the street level along a 50-meters (165-feet) route that crosses the garden through a pathway.

To stay at Villa Sinedina A you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. In the garden you will find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a view of the greenery. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.

The living room is paved with tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a double-glazed window overlooking the gardens of the surrounding houses.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the main entrance hall through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of greenery and of the surrounding houses.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the main entrance hall through a corridor.

The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the garden, of the greenery and of the surrounding buildings.

The second bedroom has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the garden and of surrounding countryside through a double-glazed French door. The room has a double-glazed small window.
