Lella Cesari Ciampoli's Cookery SchoolLella Cesari Ciampoli's Cookery School was founded in the beautiful town of Siena twelve years ago, and it is still the first and only cookery school to be found there. Lella's school can accommodate groups of up to fifty people. Culinary professionals, connoisseurs of good food, Italian and foreign students from all over the word come to learn the art of cooking from Lella, who has adapted and refined traditional recipes that can be traced back to Medioeval times, drawing on a lifetime's experience and professionalism. Lella has perfected her knowledge of the Culinary Arts at schools of Haut Cuisine both in Italy and abroad. She collaborates with Cookery Magazines as well as appearing on local and national television, where, among other things, she was chosen by the Region of Tuscany to represent Tuscan cuisine at a national level.
