Casa Niobe, Positano

Casa Niobe is a bright independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Niobe you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Casa Niobe is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a small private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the local bus at 50 meters (165 feet). You will reach Casa Niobe from the street level along a short public walkway that includes approximately 45 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Niobe. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved).

The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast.

The living room is paved with lucid sky-blue tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are bright and agreeable. Here you will find two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a double-glazed small window with a view of the greenery and of the valley. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the sea and of Positano. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is decorated with grey mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a small window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
