Casa Teide A, Praiano

Casa Teide A is a welcoming apartment surrounded by a lemon and orange garden. It sleeps three people. From Casa Teide A you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of the coastline. Casa Teide A is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from Praiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Praiano line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Casa Teide A from the street level going down a short public walkway that includes approximately 70 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Teide A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 100 meters (110 yards), for a fee, in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

The terrace is 55 square meters (590 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs, two sun loungers and an external shower. Here you will find also a washing machine located inside an arch-shaped niche, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels) and a DVD player. The room has a small high window.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is tiled with lucid yellow majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
