You will be in the heart of Siena, where you will find restaurants and the shops. You will find a grocery store a few meters (feet) away and the stop for the Siena Mobilità bus Coroncina - Piazza Indipendenza line at 80 meters (roughly 260 feet). Appartamento Dionigi is located on the first floor of the building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building along a stairway which consists of approximately 15 steps. You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Dionigi. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).
The terrace is adjacent to a nearby house where the owners live. They will be at your disposal for any information. TerraceThe terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun lounger. The terrace is shared with the owners, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
Living RoomThe furnishings of the living room are warm and welcoming. They include an armchair, a divan bed for one guest and a desk. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a small television. The room has a window overlooking the gardens of the surrounding houses.
KitchenThe kitchen is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table to seat two guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.
BedroomYou will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
BathroomThe bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

Included in the price The rental price includes: electricity; linens; towels; heating. Payment Terms A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property. Security Deposit Upon arrival at Appartamento Dionigi the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 100, payable in cash.
