Villa Fulvia is a charming apartment for four people, with an area of 60 square meters (approximately 645 square feet). It offers a terrace, a garden and a wide and splendid view of the sea and of the Amalfi Coast, from Praiano to Positano and Capri. It is equipped with air conditioning.

It has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a divan bed that sleeps two and a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower.

Villa Fulvia is part of an ancient house of Praiano, which is built on the sloping cliff in front of the sea. Upon your arrival, you will see from your position high on the road a white two-story building, in the graceful style characteristic of the coast, surrounded by yards and gardens. The building stands luminous against the sky and the sea, with a breathtaking view all around...

To reach the house you will descend approximately 20 steps along a stairway that cuts across the small garden, thriving with flowers and vegetables. The house is white and luminous inside, as well. It has vaulted ceilings and the floors are tiled with white majolica tiles. The furniture has a pleasant and simple line. From the small entrance hall you will be able to reach the bedroom, the living room and the bathroom. As soon as you enter the house, you will be attracted by the balcony and by the terrace, and by the panorama that will be in front of you. Even if you are inside the living room, looking through the glass door you will see only sea and sky. Leaning out, you will discover that you will have a 180-degree view of one of the most beautiful tracts of the Amalfi Coast for the length of your stay. In front of you there will be breathtaking view in its entirety: below you will see a stripe of white house of Praiano, each one surrounded by the green of its own garden, which is roughly interrupted by the blue sea. The Torre di Grado watchtower and the majolica dome of the Church of Saint Gennaro stand among the houses. On your right, your sight will embrace a wide view of the coast which surrounds the characteristic village of Positano, and will reach Punta Campanella and the island of Capri. The famous Faraglioni of Capri can be seen at the horizon, and, closer, you can admire the small islands of Li Galli.

On the terrace there are deckchairs and a table. Here you will be able to relax, enjoying the sun or long outdoor dinners. At twilight, you will have a chance to enjoy the show of the thousand lights that are turned on along the coast, and of the moon that is reflected by the sea.

From the living room you can enter both the balcony and the terrace. In the living room there is a divan bed for two people, a dining table and a cooking area separated by a short wall.

The kitchen has a four-burner cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine.

The room with a double bed has a glass door to enter the terrace. The bathroom has a shower.

From Villa Fulvia you will reach the sea by bus or on foot, with a long stroll to the beach called "Praia", which is at approximately 700 meters (half a mile). Or you can travel along a long stairway (approximately 400 steps) that will take you to a charming small beach. Facilities and restaurants operate on the beaches in the summer time.

The closest shops and restaurant are at approximately 100 meters (yards) from Villa Fulvia.

You will be able to reach Villa Fulvia by bus. The stop, both for the local bus and for the out-of-town bus, is just a few steps from the stairway that leads to the villa.

From Praiano you can easily reach the tourist centers on the Amalfi Coast and of the Sorrento Coast, as well as Capri.

Staying at Villa Fulvia you will enjoy a vacation in a natural environment of amazing beauty, and you will also have a base to visit Pompeii, Paestum, Naples and the Royal Palace of Caserta.

From the bedroom and the living room you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the sea, equipped with deckchairs and table. The living room has also a balcony with a splendid view of the sea. Guests are also able to use a small garden of 70 square meters (750 square feet).

The rental price includes: final cleaning; electricity; linens; towels.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Villa Fulvia the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 100, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
