Holiday Home Description

Villa Vesta is a splendid two-story villa. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Vesta you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. Villa Vesta is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Montaione, where you will find restaurants and shops.

To stay at Villa Vesta you will need a car. You will be able to park it in a reserved parking space.

Villa Vesta is an antique stone construction, restored with care and love. It is located in a splendid 15,000 square meter park, in which there are two other villas also reconstructed and divided into holiday apartments. Villa Viviana A, B, and C are in these other two villas.

The three antique villas and the park that circles them were originally constructed as a typical Tuscan farm with a main house and a smaller service building.

The buildings have been restored in a way that exalts the beauty of the ancient stone walls and of the terracotta decorations, and lawns and flowers are grown in the wide spaces that divide them. A wide lawn also surrounds the swimming pool.

The whole is part of a splendid landscape, the kind of typical landscapes which, together with the artistic treasures kept in the cities, has made Tuscany famous all over the word: a horizon of gentle hills that intersect like the waves of a green sea, bordered here and there by the dark green rows of slim cypresses and marked by the ordered lines of the vineyards.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at another nearby villa. It is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.

Garden

The garden is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun umbrellas. From the garden you will have a pleasant view of the greenery.

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a L-shaped sofa. There is an elegant fireplace. In this room you will find a satellite television.

Dining Room

You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room and from the kitchen through a brickwork arched opening. The ceiling is vaulted. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The room has a window with a view of the garden.

Kitchen

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room through a brickwork arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is also a brickwork barbecue. There is a table to seat four guests.

Bedroom 1

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.

Bathroom 1

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the dining room.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).

Bedroom 3

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches).
