Holiday Home Description

Casa Violetta is a charming apartment of 50 square meters (540 square feet), with a large terrace and with a wide view of the sea and of Positano. It sleeps four persons. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. It is located at the second floor of a characteristic ancient building of Positano, which clings to the cliff that drops steeply down to the sea.

It has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a divan bed that sleeps two, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.

The terrace has a splendid view of the sea and of the coast, and it is equipped by a beautiful table with a painted majolica top, chairs and deck chairs. It is shaded by awnings. The kind owner has filled it with flower pots, and she takes care of them with love. This is really a nice place to relax outdoor, dine "al fresco" and enjoy the sun, the sky and the sea of this sweet coast.

The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower. The furnishing is simple and comfortable.

Casa Violetta has an independent entrance, approximately 40 steps from the road, where you will be able to park for a limited time. The secure parking lot is approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the house.

The house is 400 meters (440 yards) from the center of Positano. The grocery shops are at 200 meters (220 yards), and the bus stop, (both for the local bus and for the bus that takes you to the other villages of the coast) is only at 20 meters (20 yards).

The main beach of Positano, called Spiaggia Grande, is approximately at 500 meters (550 yards), and can be reached walking along the characteristic alleys and stairways, or by bus.

If you enjoy hiking, from Casa Violetta you will be also easily able to reach the famous path that stretches at the top of the mounts of the coast of Amalfi, among precipices and breathtaking views. For its extraordinary beauty, the path is called "il sentiero degli dei": the path of gods.

It has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with table, chairs and a divan bed that sleeps two, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. The furnishing is simple and comfortable.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Casa Violetta the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 100, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
