Excellent

June 2009 - Villa Morgana it's a wonderful location for view and a beautiful property.

The road to the site is very narrow and really will not accommodate a very large vehicle. We were a group of eight and had to either walk or be driven [in two cars] approx a quarter mile to meet our transportation for day trips. We had no rental vehicles and luckily the property owner and maid were willing to drive us some of the time. Actually, if we had rented cars, parking would still have been a problem. In addition, to get to the property from the road you must walk a dirt path for about 100-150 meters pulling and/or carrying your luggage. Once you get there, the property is wonderful. Despite the getting to and from, we had a wonderful time and the owner, manager, and the maid could not have been more welcoming and helpful.

I have no complaints and would book thru you again.

Travel tips

  • Keep in mind the difficulties in getting to and from the property.
  • Take the Amalfi Coast drive including visits to Positano, Ravello, and Amalfi.
  • Pompei and Herculaneum are must sees.
  • The owner's cousin owns a farm restaurant near the property and they serve a wonderful multi-course Italian dinner. Ask the owner to make a reservation for you. You won't be sorry.

May 2009 - We all had a wonderful holiday at the Villa Morgana - it is beautifully furnished and cleaned to a high standard (very important).

We hope to return again.
