Travel tips
- The Gavitella beach is definitely worth the 400 steps, so don“t miss it! You can walk down, take the boat to La Praia and then the bus home if you don't want to walk all the way up.

May 2007 - Villa Lea was a perfect calm in the middle of the chaos of the Amalfi Coast!
The flat was clean, comfortable and had outstanding views of the sea. The best part was the terrace and garden; the hardest decision was where to be sitting outside: on the swing on the upper terrace or overlooking the sea.
This was my parents' first time in Italy and also their first time staying in a flat as opposed to a hotel and they were very happy being able to come and go as they pleased, having use of the kitchen and not feeling guilty by spending a day or two enjoying the view as opposed to getting out and about every day.
I booked with you because of your nice selection of flats to choose from, at all different price points. The service was fantastic, very helpful and quick to answer any questions I might have had. I will be happy to recommend you and look forward to my next trip to Italy.
Travel tips
- I would suggest taking the buses to Amalfi and Ravello and Positano as opposed to driving there themselves. The bus stop is right outside the flat and there is a good service that will allow you to relax and enjoy the view and then not worry about having to park.
- There are nice restaurants in Praiano and a great little grocery store/deli.
- There is a fish monger who sells mussels and fresh fish as well as a butcher nearby.
- I would highly recommend a visit to BOTH Pompeii and Herculaneum. It is a 45 minute drive if you go via Sorrento (a much better and easier road to navigate!).

September 2006 - Great spot - outstanding views. For the price I think it offered excellent value.
Lovely village with very friendly people.
Roberto, the young caretaker, was friendly and helpful.
Travel tips
- Don't forget mosquito repellent.
