Excellent

November 2007 - Very nice location, terrific view from the terrace, clean, everything worked.

Safe area. Small kitchen, but included necessary items. Nice skylight in the second bedroom. Some traffic noise in the first bedroom.

A very well-run program. Prompt, accurate and helpful information and response to questions/concerns. Fair price. I booked with Summer in Italy based on recommendation of a friend, and would do so again.

Excellent

August 2007 - We greatly enjoyed our stay at Casa Zaccaria. It is centrally located and the terrace on the roof had a magnificent view that alone made the stay worthwhile.

The rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning was a welcome addition.

The only downside was the lack of good dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and other kitchen needs. With such a great market so nearby, guests should be provided with what they need to make their own meals if they so choose. Better cutlery and more bowls and plates would have made our stay even better as we wanted to do more cooking but found it difficult with the kitchen as it was.

May 2007 - Casa Zaccaria was very comfortable place for 4 adults to stay in the centre of Florence.

It featured 2 double beds and 2 new bathrooms and a very adequate kitchen.

We really enjoyed the view of Florence while having breakfast at the rooftop table & chairs.
